Job Description
We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a full-time Program Manager for Women Leaders Circle, a new initiative currently housed under Money with Mina.
Introduction to Women Leaders Circle (WLC):
Women Leaders Circle is an initiative first launched out of Stanford Business School, designed to support and empower women leaders through tight-knit, peer-communities focused on connection, reflection, mutual support, and inspiration. We have recently launched this as a brand new initiative for Vietnam. Different from networking and mentorship, Circles offer a unique opportunity for women leaders to connect and share in a deeper, more authentic way with peers going through similar journeys in their career and life.
What this role is all about:
We have been blown away by the incredible interest in Women Leaders Circle since its launch, and we are looking to add our first full-time, contract-based team member to the mix to help us grow the program. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on, 360 experience in a fast-growing 0-1 environment, working alongside a highly motivated and high performing team.
Responsibilities:
Social Media and Content Marketing:
- Design and execute social media strategy & presence for WLC
- Set up and manage CRM and content/email marketing for WLC members
Community Building and Management:
- Develop and lead initiatives to support community building, including but not limited to: curating zalo / whatsapp community groups for members, organizingand hosting small group dinners with Circle members, brainstorming and executing new community events, etc.
Program Management & Administration:
- Support day-to-day program administration and operations, e.g. budgeting, scheduling, etc.
Event Planning & Sponsorships:
- Cultivate potential partnerships and sponsorships
- Event planning: including sourcing speakers, brainstorming event flow, and driving logistics
Product Development:
- Assist in user research and market research, support go-to-market testing, and share insights during strategic brainstorms
